Sheesha Wall Putty

Surface Preparation

New or Bare Surfaces:

New surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from all defective or poorly adhering material. Remove all defective or poorly adhering material by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper or stiff fiber brush and dust off. Treat any area affected by mold, lichens, algae or moss with bleach. After priming new surfaces with Griplac Wall Primer Sealer, dry overnight, fill the surface with Griplac Sheesha Wall Putty. Allow the filler to dry for 2-3 hours and apply second coat of Putty.

Griplac Sheesha Wall Putty can also be applied directly on new unpainted surfaces. For best results apply one coat of Griplac Pivotal Wall Primer Sealer again over wall putty and dry overnight.

Previously Painted Surface: Remove all loose, defective paint and powdery residues by thorough brushing or scraping using a stiff fiber brush and dust off. Smooth surface with Griplac Sheesha Wall Putty as described above if required.

Powdery, Dusty and Cracked Surfaces:

Make good minor defects. For larger holes and cracks use sand and cement mixture. Allow the surface to dry. Prime the surface and then fill out any imperfections with Griplac Sheesha Wall Putty as described above. Scuff the surface using abrasive paper and dust off.
